Morning went Ghim Sheng CC play basketball. Long time since we had gather for basketball. At noon, went to Tiong Bahru market eat Duck Mee($3). Okay. Then after that went Tiong Bahru shopping centre and later to friend house. Borrowed some PS2 CD. Straight after went back home. My dad demanded me to drive the family to Tao Payoh to treat them for dinner. Hmmm... Quite far. Never been on the expressway. I was thinking could become a ticket to heaven for the my family if something bad should happened. Hmmm... Not long after I leave home, I drove across the junction despite the red light. I dunno if I was caught in the camera anot. All was smooth one the road except the occasional wiper which appears when I doing my turning and overtaking. Not used to the signals on the left handside.Things turn bad when I was trying to park. It's very different to park a van than a car. Everyone was giving me instructions to park in 3 different languages (Teochew, Chinese and English). They keep shouting like "turn somemore", "look in mirror" and "somemore somemore" +++. But I really dunno what I'm doing and what to look out for. Somehow manage to get the van parked properly.

Today went to make my temp car license. After that went and visit my granny. Evening I waited for my mum to return home so that I could drive her van. Muhaha... It was raining. My bro accompany me. The van was so different from normal car. The clutch was alot higher than car. The worse thing I hate was that the signals was on the left instead of the usual right hand side. Hmmm... I was turning on and off the wiper throughout the journey to Clementi MRT and turning without signalling. Nice experince. At night, went to the coffee shop opposite Bras Basah complex. I ordered Bah Ku Teh($4.5). Okay. The BBQ chicken wings order from the BBQ sting ray stall was real lousy.

No Fear

Today went for conference from morning 9 to 12. In the conference most are old man and women. Felt so alienated. Meet a poly classmate during there. Hmmm... Seen some familiar face met during the orientation. After that went to Amoy street and ate the vegetarian Bee Hoon($2). Normal. At noon, someone ask me what I "fear" the most. Hmmm... Spider? Cockroach? Water? Nah... Nothing. Until at night, I thought of it again. I realised I had this fear of losing my job. I like my job - the people, the environment, the working hours and the workload. I was chosen for the job not because of my capabilities but my avalibility. Hmmm... At night, I asked my brother of how to overcome fears. He taught me the 3 C's. Confront the fear. By admitting and not running away. If I don't confront I'll never be able to overcome any fear. Conquer the fear. By know that there is a god. What fear is greater than the being that create this world? Channelling. It means to set a strategy and following it.

Today Off Day. Went to Clement to collect my photo. Looked at the photo. My nose. The right side is larger than the left. Hmmm... At home, I took a look at the mirror. It's something I never realised throughout these 23 years. I know my ears one high one low, my back bone is bent to the left and right side of my body is slightly larger than my left. Hmmm... Just a normal body would be nice. Need not to be perfect. Had my dinner at Sembawang shopping centre Kopitiam. The Lee Kwang Kee chicken rice was good ($3.50). Strangely this store sells Otah. I thought it was weird to have otah with chicken rice. But then I think her Otah must be really nice that's why she's selling them. I'll try it next time. Around 2330hrs I was at Chua Chu Kang LRT. Police were surrounding a man in pink sitting on the floor. At the scene, the perimeter was fence up by the police white and blue tape. Could the man in pink was dead? Went to work overnite yesterday. I had to cover my colleague's duty. I accidently left my lunch and dinner on the boat. My lunch and dinner gone. Work overnite till this evening.
Today got a arrow to go HQ to attend a conference on this coming Friday. Hmmm... From 9am to 12noon and after that no work. Good or bad I dunno. I somehow prefer Soccer during lunch. My colleagues were discussing to go on a fishing trip at the Indonesian seas. Hmmm... They talked about how rough the sea will be and how big the catch will be. All the cost will be $300 only. Hmmm... Quite expensive. They say it's worth it as the price of fish caught would certainly exceed $300 easily. They mention about eating a kind of sting ray which the flesh is blue in color and other kind of rare fish during their last trip. Working overnite yesterday. Left my watch in the bathroom and later went to the kitchen to cook our dinner with my colleague. After dinner I went back to find my watch. It's gone. Bad day.

Today straight after I reached Singapore went home and rest. Later went to Clementi interchange with my cousin to take photo for our driving license. There I bought a new watch ($94). Later went to try the Botak Jones's "Botak Burger" ($7). The queue was long and there was a customer spending 5 mins asking about the menu and couldn't decide what to eat. He was a 40 year old man who can speak fluent English and had to take so long to choose what he wants. The staff attend to him was very polite, answering all his questions, spoke politely, smiling and paid full attention to him. It was my turn. I quickly ordered the burger and he informed me I had to wait 30 mins. Hmmm... Very long. Then I went to the Aquarium shops around there to walk walk see see. The spicy fries was quite nice. The burger's beef patty was huge but I didn't like the taste. I felt that the service was good and most like come again to try the other menu. After that went Bukit Panjang Plaza. The Hang Ten shop was in a mess. Real messy. Moving out sales. Maybe tomorrow or day after tomorrow I'll go and take a look. Hmmm... Monday Tuesday not working. What should I do? Friday 13th

Took leave today. 0430am I woke up and couldn't sleep. 0730 am went for driving. 1st time I went in circuit with my instructor Raymond. He was shocked. I went in 2months ago with my old instructor, he spent most of the time scolding me. Raymond was pretty worried for me. Especially my S course was super horrible. I just learn today. It was 0900, I said good bye to him and went to the exam room. There I met my cousin. She was having TP today. Going for her 5th attempt. Hmmm... 5 attempts. We both were very inconfident and had a bad morning. I told her today pass anot nevermind as today is just an new experience for me. My test route was route 3. Quite hard. Got a slope, a short U turn near Phoenix. It means that I have to do lane changing before and after U turn. I may fail easily. The invigilator didnt even look at me and talk before,during and after the test. The circuit during TP is a very nice experience. It like I'm driving a bomb truck. Everywhere I go people would stop and let my car go. Everything went smooth. Zero points deducted. Just outside the BBDC, I do a left turn and my left hand accidentally hit the wiper. Hmmm... I never touch that thing before. While driving, I tried closing it by turning up and down. But I failed. Hmmm... Disturbed by the wiper, the invigilator closed it. I drove to Keat Hong LRT. Just before the petrol station there, he said "turn right". I glance signal right and look at the side mirror. The cars were far away from me. Perfect situation to change lane after the traffic light. Everything screwed up when the traffic light turned red. I had to stop. About 7 cars were on my right. The traffic turn green I signal right and watched the right mirror carefully.I couldn't cut in as the first 5 cars do not want to give way to me. Lucky the 6th was a lorry. I quickly cut in as the 5th car drove pass me. I saw him scribbling. Hmmm... I think I did quite that well. Later at a junction, I had to turn right. 2 bird flew down. ... I didn't know why they want to do that for. I slow down. He spoke "why slow down? Please speed up". He began scribbling. Topid birds. After that he ask me immediately go back BBDC. Hmmm... I haven't do my U turn yet. I dropped him down and went meet up with my cousin. She was very happy that she finally pass. Then we went to watch the safety video together. After that we were told to queue up to make a temporarily 3 weeks license. Sux man. Had to wait for 1 hr. We went off to shopping and meet up with Big Aunt for lunch Bukit Batok Blk 640. They recommended Ba Chou Mee and chicken rice. I ordered chicken rice($2.50). The rice was lousy and the chicken was okay. But the portion of chicken serve is quite worth it for the price. Went visit Granny and slept till 4pm. Later went to see Benny Hinn. Tomolo working overnitez.
